I would be glad to assist you today. The fix for this is not going to be quick or easy. It sounds like you have a direct short to ground somewhere in the dash light wiring. This in turn is causing too much amperage draw and popping fuses. The best way to repair this is going to be to pull the instrument cluster and look for a melted or broke wire touching metal. It is usually pretty time consuming. Here are some wiring diagrams to assist you.
