Welcome to JA. Working on a fast accurate answer. Your valuable time is important to me. Clicking on Accept is the right thing for my family and I. Hello thats a good test for the horns. This means the horns are both bad. another way to check them is with a test light at connection. if you push horn switch and get voltage to them with head lamp switch on then horns are bad. If not you may not be getting a connection at horn switch. Or you may have a bad fuse/relay.
