2- is top in open or closed or 1/2 way when it failed ?

3- you said you scanned for codes, using a chrysler scanner that can read the top module or a basice loacl parts code reader ?

4- what fused have been checked , location of fuse box ?

do you have update at least to 08 ,and no dtc ?

we have 3 fuses #1 a 40 amp , #24 a 25 amp & #37 a 25 amp ,so how about , #1 and # 37 ,can you check that please
