Son's car. 2010 T&C with 105K miles. Car runs good up to 30 MPH. When going faster, it sounds like transmission is stuck and not upshifting. RPMs will remain constant at about 1500, though going 50 - 60 MPH.
JA: When was your transmission fluid last checked?
Customer: Just changed
JA: What is the model of your '10 Chrysler?
Customer: Town and Country minivan
JA: Are you fixing your Town and Country yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just making inquiries now...to see what may be the problem. It may need a new solenoid.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

In most cases if the problem is an electronic control issue such as bad solenoids the computer will detect it and set and store a fault code and or codes. Your next steps is going to be to have the system scanned to see if there are any fault code setting. If you can get this done and post back with the results we can work from there.
