Good afternoon and welcome to JustAnswer!!

My name is ***** ***** I have worked for a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership for 19 years and I will do my best to help.

The only thing you will be able to do is disconnect the battery for 5 min and reconnect to see if a reset helps.. If not then a scantool will be need to see what codes are in the Power Top Module. It could be a sensor, motor, or wiring but you will not have any idea where to begin unless you know what codes it has..

Talk soon,

Brad

Thanks for the reply!!

Yes I understand and like I said you will only be able to reset the system by disconnecting the battery. The proper way to repair this type issue is to see what codes are setting and then perform the diagnostics for the code.
