Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be helping you today.

It sounds like you probably have a bad cluster. Do you have a scan tool and/or multimeter?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
No

I've been told maybe IOD fuse?
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

Have you replaced them?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
No, trying to figure out how to remove them
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

The whole "holder" pulls out of the fuse box. It may be tough to pull out. Then just replace it with two fuses of the same rating.

Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

You dont need to put the holder back.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
if I pull hard on the holder it will come out? I'm kit even sure it's the problem...I was just told. Gauges don't work and wipers are on even though the switch is off
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

I dont think that is the problem but with no way of testing I cant even really be of any help. It sounds like a bad cluster but I wouldnt want you to just gamble on that. If you had a meter and knew how to use it I could at least help you do some testing but without a scan tool I couldnt tell you for sure if the cluster is bad. I could at least help rule out other issues.

Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

And yeah you just pull it and it comes out. Just like a fuse.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
How do I know if fuse is bad? Do I have to remove from case to look at or is it the top that shows
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

You would have to either remove the holder or test it with a multimeter
