Customer Question

Hi. Husband drove fine 300 miles today. Parked for about 1 hr, then didn't start. Rested a while, then finally started. Just this week, fuel pump/filter replaced. Starter replaced.
JA: Have you ever replaced the fuel pump, or is this the original?
Customer: Fuel pump replaced 4 days ago
JA: What year is your 300?
Customer: Town and country 2006
JA: Are you fixing your 300 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No. It's been to the dealership for service.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Starter wire repair harness and idler pulley replaced

Hi. Did the dealer check the crankshaft position sensor? That is common to cause a no start.
