i have 2002 chrysler town country 3.8 it will crank early in the morning but will not start go back and do the samething about 10.30 am car will start and run aall day until the next morning it will crank but not start

im sorry for the delay but after an hour and a half of wating for your answer i went on to other customers.

ok. you need to have a fuel pressure test done. and if its up to spec. leave the gauge on and see how long it takes for the pressure to bleed off. it should take quite a while for it to drop to zero. if it drops too quickly then you have a bad fuel pressure regulator ot leakiy fuel injectors.

the fuel pressure takes longer to build up after sitting all night if the pump isnt putting out good pressure.

There are many things that will cause a no start condition ranging from lost cam or crank signal, wiring, the coil pack, powertrain control module, integrated power module, the fuel pump; it will take some testing at the time the problem is happening to determine what is going on.

Have you checked for fault codes?
