Customer Question

Hello, Pearl! Lights flash, alarm goes off randomly. I tore all the back panels and foam out, no water.
JA: Have you tried locking and unlocking the driver's side door using the key itself?
Customer: Yes, that seems to prevent the issue for the past 4 days.
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2004 Crossfire 6cyl.
JA: Are you fixing your Crossfire yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, hoping to do myself. Pulled all panels out of the back (as well as the two foam inserts). I see to modules in the back - a Central locking pump and a smaller unit behind it (back rear quarter)
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, please,: which of the two units back there would control the lights and alarm malfunctions, please
