Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many things that will cause a no start condition, especially depending on what happens when trying to start the engine and what the vehicle is.

I'm assuming that the engine doesn't crank which could be a number of things including the battery, starter, transmission range sensor, powertrain control module, etc. It will take some testing to determine what is going on.

What year and model is the vehicle?

What happens when trying to start the engine?
