Heat won't come out of the passenger side. This guy seems to have the same problem. Not sure if I should attack the actual switch, or the blendoor
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: Yes checked, no fluid leak
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 1997 T&C 3.8
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes... nothing other than looking at videos on possible problems

Hello, the blend door actuators fail many times more often than the switch. It's pretty easy to replace on this model (.7hrs book time) I'll post the procedure below for you, let me know if I can help further.
