Hi, I am Mike, welcome. I'm reviewing your question.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

Which wire are you testing, the orange wire or dark green/orange wire?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

Check or replace the fuse #5 in the power distribution center located near the left inner fender. If it's ok, try a new asd relay in the same fuse box.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

can I assume you also have no voltage to the fuel injector dark green/orange wires?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I turned the key in the on position and checked all the wires getting no voltage from any of them

Do you have a scan tool or code reader?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I put it on there today and it wouldn't read anything. A couple of weeks ago it pop p1698 which is the ecm not communicating with TCM. Tried to drive it made it a mile and it shut down. So could the computer be bad???
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 8 months ago.

It's possible that the problem is in the PCM.

When it doesn't start what specifically does it do?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
It just turns over and no fire. Can I test the pcm or just buy another
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 8 months ago.

The PCM itself can't be tested.

Have you checked for power on the ASD circuit when the key is first turned on and then while craning during the no start period?
