03 town and country 3.3 v6 no sentry key with double start

Customer Question

03 town and country 3.3 v6 no sentry key with double start override
No Crank No Start - Everything else works. ECM not Comunicating with Scanner all other modules yes. Black Head plastic key.
PCM Is Good. ( I put it in a dodge caravan and it started right away no programing needed)
All Powers to PCM are Present;C1-20run/start, C1-38startonly, C2-46
All Grounds to PCM are Present; C1-10, C2-43, C2-50
No ground from PCM-C1-31 to Starter Relay 85 with relay unplug; meaning not cranking.(starter is good)
No Ground from PCM-C2-67 to ASD Relay 85 with relay unplug.
No 8 reference volts from PCM-C2-44 to Crank position sensor or Cam position sensor. Checked at PCM Conector and sensors plug; meaning no return signal to PCM-C1-32(CKP) and C1-33(CMP)
No 5 reference volts from PCM-C2-61 to TPS, MAP, A/C pre. sensor.
Checked at PCM Conector and sensors plug. Meaning no return signal to PCM.
Yes Ground From PCM-C2-43 to all sensors as wired.
Some times the Squares at the instrument cluster gear selector all light up and TCM with scanner does not show what gear PRNDL is selected and not reverse lights work. Sometimes it works, just lights up the one selected and scanner reads right PRNDL selected, and reverse lights work. P/N switch signal grounded when parked or neutral.
My reasoning is: something is not allowing the PCM to start vehicle.
What could that be? if not equipped with SKIM, only keyless entry, witch works but does not arms up, or goes off when locked and open door from inside.
Ignition Switch wiring
2. VT/BR ( how is this tested?)
3. 2 CABLES, PK/WT 12VT crank/run. Good
4. Yellow 12vt out on crank only. Good
5. 12vt from battery. Good.
After 2 weeks - you are my last hope, and will be greatly appre$$iacted.

If you cut the reference voltage wires a few inches from the PCM (the 5 volt reference and 8 volt reference) and turn the key on, does the reference voltages come back?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Will have to restart testing saturday morning.
Let me know what else to check so that I can get ahead, in the event that no voltage is back. I'll start early morning.
Thanks in advance.
Expert:  Amedee replied 8 months ago.

You are most welcome! If the reference voltages come back when doing this, then either a sensor or the wiring is shorted out. If the reference voltages do not come back, then we check the BUS circuit (modules and wiring).

Fully charged Batery,
No voltage when both cables cut.
Expert:  Amedee replied 8 months ago.

And your sure the powers and grounds are good?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
dauble check.
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
There is even ground going to the sensors Crank and Cam
Expert:  Amedee replied 8 months ago.

I will leave this question open for other experts. Good luck!

I notice previously you help some else with something like this and even mention hot to troubleshoot the Reference voltage and the PCI BUS.
which turned out it was the PCM and The TCM.
I wonder why you turned me down so fast???????
Either way,
Being this my first time with this service, I'm NOT satisfied.
