Replace the oil pressure sending switch. It would also be a good idea to check oil pressure with a mechanical gauge.

Expert:  Dan replied 2 months ago.

Also scan for any codes that could be related to the rough running problem.

There are no codes. I'm more concerned it seems like low idle and it stall if a/c kicks on or you turn the wheel when it is at idle

Would being a little out of time cause this problem?
Expert:  Dan replied 2 months ago.

I would try cleaning the IAC valve and throttle body for a low idle.

Replaced iac and all had been cleaned.

The problem with these engine is the oil passages are too small and they can easily become blocked, this will also cause the oil light to flicker when warm.

When you replaced the water pump, was it because coolant was in the engine oil?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
The water pump failed. It didn't overheat. I noticed the water in oil. The engine ran amazing before the replacement
Expert:  Dan replied 2 months ago.

The problem is that water/coolant washes the bearings in the engine, it does not take long once this happens. This causes excessive clearance which causes lower oil pressure.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Still doesn't answer my questions. It didn't run but about 10 miles with the water pump fail. I heard the noise.
Expert:  Dan replied 2 months ago.

10 miles is enough to wipe out the bearings. You need to check oil pressure with a mechanical gauge. Also double check your timing.
