I accidentally hooked up the battery backwards
JA: Have you tested the battery with a voltmeter? And can you see if it's leaking or not?
Customer: No just bought it I checked it it's fine and is still reading over 12 volts
JA: What is the model of your '12 Chrysler?
Customer: Chrysler concord Lxi 1999
JA: Are you fixing your Concorde yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Looked at some fuses and yes I'm fixing it by myself
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: It's not getting power to anything

Can you see what fuses in the fuse box under the hood have power to both sides of them please? You will have to hold the black test lead to a good ground, and test the metal pieces that stick out the tops of each one.
