I have brake lights on driver side none on passenger side no blinker on passenger side but I do have blinker on driver side ( just back of truck) I have both blinkers in front of truck. But now I don't have no head lights ( or high beams) ?????

You have at least twp problems going on, the headlamps aren't related to the turn signal and brake light not working. The brake light and turn signal could be a blown bulb, a socket or wiring issue. Has the bulb been replaced?
