My keys are sitting I the ignition and we can't get in
JA: Is the key stripped or worn?
Customer: No Their locked in the car
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2012 200 S
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We have the door wedged and are trying to use a hanger to push in the passenger side lock button
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

If the issue happens again keep in mind that a dealer or locksmith can cut a key using the VIN which would allow you to open the door. Prices will vary depending on where you go but my dealer charges just $10.
