The lights are going crazy inside, there is a clicking in

Customer Question

the lights are going crazy inside, there is a clicking in the fuze box under the hood. it won't start
JA: Where exactly do you think the noise is coming from? And how long has this been going on?
Customer: it just started. We've had zero problems with it. The noise is coming from the fuse box under the hood next to the battery. It's clicking.
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2013 town and country
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: we have to do something- we have to get the kids to school in the morning. We looked on the Chrysler forum and it said the security system may have locked us out. We tried another key, but that's not the issue apparently
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: The fuse box is hot and keeps clicking. The dash lights and lights on the inside of the door keep flashing on and off

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You could have an issue in the TIPM or a wiring problem but these symptoms are often caused by a low battery. Do you have a known good battery or a way to try a jump start?
