the bolt holding the passenger side lower control arm will not come out. I've gotten it partially loosened but now when I turn it, it goes back in. Any suggestions on how to remove it?

Torch until it is red hot, then try using an impact gun and a pry bar putting pressure on the bolt.

didn't work. I think I'm going to cut the bolt because it seems to be seizing inside the bushing.
