2007 Chrysler Pacifica throwing an ABS code 18 "Brake Pressure Switch." We asked a dealer and all they could find is "Brake Peddle Sensor." I cannot find any other information about ABD error code 18. Please help!

unfortunately the codes you have is not a genuine chrysler ABS code all ABS codes start with the letter C and have 4 numeric OR alpha-numeric digests the CLOSEST chrysler code i can fine BASED SOLELY ON THE DESCRIPTION YOU INPUTTED is C1232-DRIVE TEST: PRESSURE SENSOR.

this code assuming it's the correct one has only 2 possible causes

HYDRAULIC / BRAKE SYSTEM COMPONENT INSTALLATION (improper bleeding of any hydraulic brake components, brake fluid leak incorrectly installed ABS control unit)

INTEGRATED CONTROL UNIT (ABS control module)
