Just my shifter would not shift so I replaced the part with the spring . now my Key will not Release
JA: Does the vehicle have a fuse that enables or disables the shifter?
Customer: A ffuse came out I think .but were does mit go
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the key won't turn to the lock position it's either an interlock issue or the transmission isn't fully in park. The problem is going to be directly related to the repair that was done and is most likely a problem in the shifter.

Was shifter or interlock cable adjustment changed?
