Customer Question

Well I have somebody change my water pump and when they change the water pump I guess it won't go in gear now
JA: Has the vehicle ever overheated? And when was it last serviced?
Customer: Yes it has overheated that's why we had to change the water pump now it's boiling and it won't go in gear
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2004 Chrysler 300M
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I haven't tried anything so far but yes if it's fixable and I can do it I'm going to try
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: No not that I know of
