Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are several things that may be going on and it will take some electrical testing to determine what is wrong. If the problems all started at exactly the same time I would first suspect a bad master switch or a wiring issue. It isn't uncommon for wiring to break in the boot between the door and body.

What specifically has already been done?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
It did not have a master switch on the drivers side door for the windows so I pulled up the wiring diagram so I could put in a master switch there. And I changed all bad fuses. There was one broken wire on the drivers side that I repaired by splicing it.

Why was a wiring diagram necessary to plug a master switch in?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Because the master switch for the window was cut out

I get the jeep for $500

How were connections made?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I spliced the wires and twisted the two together and I wrapped electrical tape around them.

You definitely won't have solid, usable connections then.

Did all wire colors on the connector match the harness?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
It works fine.
Question...what would you suggest I do.

What works fine?

Everything except the windows

If you're positive that the wires are all in the correct place then the next step is going to be finishing the connector replacement properly. Each connection needs to be soldered and sealed with heat shrink tubing.
