Customer Question

I have a chrysler 200 convertible and the top won't go down, nor will the radio antenna work.
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: My husband did. He said it looked fine.
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2011
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We did check the cargo area. It was a bit sensitive even before it stopped working completely.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: My husband LOOKED at the fuses and said they were ok

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are quite a few things that will prevent the top from working. Depending on exactly what you're experiencing the problem may be mechanical, hydraulic or electrical. The module may be seeing an incorrect input that is preventing the top from moving at all, it may be attempting to move but can't due to low fluid or mechanical binding.

What message do you see on the instrument cluster when pressing the switch but the top doesn't move?
