Cooling won't come just it's self or even when u turn a/c on
JA: Have you checked the Freon level? Have you checked the hoses?
Customer: Have not cms Freon yet but it isn't working even with A/C off either
JA: What is the model/year of your Chrysler?
Customer: 2003

If you havent checked to make sure all fuses are good this should be done first.If these are o.k. I would have the fault codes checked to see if any codes are set as this will help diagnose and repair the fault here.In some cases I have seen issues with the engine computer itself cause this fault needing replaced.
