2006 Sebring Convertible. The horn will not stop blowing,

Customer Question

2006 Sebring Convertible. The horn will not stop blowing, even when horn relay is removed. I need to be able to drive. What can I do to fix this problem?
JA: How many miles are on the car? Has the car been starting normally?
Customer: Yes, it starts fine. There are 94,000 miles on it
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Removing the fuse, removing relay. And yes I need to fix it myself.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Not that I can think of. It started doing this about a month ago, but only did it for a few minutes. Today I tried to leave the house, and it started going crazy after I was driving for about 10 minutes.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Chrysler Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
