is the red led light on the key fob lighting up when press any button ?

first we have to have a red light on the key fob , when you press it, the best course is to have it scanned with a diagnostic scanner that can communicate with anti theft module, and the can test the key ,the module receiver, the antenna etc.. to see why not working , but key not lighting up, other than battery in it ,there is a circuit board in it that sends an rf signal to the car receiver .
what are the instruction you have with fob and can you send a me picture of it

I'm not sure if the key you have is original but it will come with the laser cut key.. We have to special order the key with the factory remote built onto it.. Part number 05099684AA. It's it a factory key then try this:
STANDARD PROCEDURE - TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING
The Remote Keyless Entry Transmitter(s) can be programmed by the customer without special tools.
Transmitter programming by the customer is done by performing the following steps:
RKE transmitters do not lock or unlock remotely. RKE transmitter programming required.Note: Door(s) should be closed during this process.1) Place the key in the ignition2) Depress the lock button twice3) Turn the key to the On/Run position and wait for the warning chime to stop4) Remove the key from the ignition (only after warning chime has stopped)5) Test the RKE transmitter operation to complete

We(Dealership)can order you a key and program. It costs .5 hrs to program the key which is around $55.00.
