do you have one or 2 keys ?

is there a check engine light on the dash flashing or steady on while you trying to start it ?

If you did the battery disconnect and still did not reset , you need to have the anti theft module scanned for codes .

how did you do the reset ?


Master reset Procedure

1- Disconnect Battery Cables ( Negative & Positive Cables )

2- Hold cables Together for 20 secs ,then let go

3- Wait 10 minutes

4- Make sure all doors are closed

5- Reconnect battery Cables

6- Lock & unlock the doors with key or key fob

7- start the vehicle

what is the battery voltage do you have 12 volts ?

if battery good and yo still have a flashing security light the alarm is engaged , you need a capable scanner to retrieve anti theft module fault codes

most of the time those the 300 has FCM( front control module ) that gives all kind of problems including alarm triggering but i can not confirm for you with out any fault codes ?
