I moved to wash the seat belts and vacuum then it won't

I moved to wash the seat belts and vacuum then it won't start ,has power but no clicking or noise
JA: How many miles are on the car? How old is the battery?
Customer: Battery is new 74000 miles

Customer: The car was working I just moved the car closer to garage and after I wash the seat belts and vacuum it won't run not even start lights work key locks ,oh the front panel won't light on since it comes on when starts
