Turn on the headlights and the dome light and watch the dome light as you turn the key to start. The light should dim slightly and starter turn. If the light dims heavy and the starter turns over slow or the solenoid/relay clicks then charge the battery. If the light goes out tighten all the connections and try again. If the light does nothing and the starter also does nothing which I assume is what it is going to do, check the fuse/s and try a new starter relay.
