Chrysler Sebring LXi (Coupe): When turning the car to the left

Customer Question

When turning the car to the left it seems the power steering didn't work for a second then it was fine. Fluid level is fine. It happened briefly 2 days ago and went away then happened again this morning. Any ideas?

If you give me the 8th digit of the vin number, I'll tell you what engine came in it.Now, about the steering. Check that the power steering belt is tight. If this has a serpentine belt, the tensioner may be weak and failing.
