Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! If the engine died and the starter no longer engages that points to the powertrain control module not being awake. The PCM is the module that controls all engine functions. If it isn't awake it could be an internal PCM failure, but it could also be a loss of power or ground due to a wiring issue or simply a blown fuse.Have you checked fuses?Does the fuel pump run when the key is first turned on?Have you checked for PCM communication with a scan tool or code reader?
