Customer Question

Hello. Its on 06 300 touring. It was running fine although burning oil recently. Yesterday on Highway it felt like it went limp. The ecm light came on and it died within 20 seconds. Wouldn't start. Gotta has in case got it jumped unplugged battery for 30. Still the same. It turns over sounds like it's just about to start but won't. Sounds like if you run out of gas almost but that's not the issue. No codes.
JA: Lots of things can cause problems with the battery. The Chrysler Mechanic will know what to do. Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: Yes or get idea prior to towing in
JA: Great! What have you tried so far?
Customer: Put gas, got it jumped, restarted battery, checked oil, checked fluids
JA: Is there anything else the Chrysler Mechanic should be aware of about your Chrysler?
Customer: No
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Chrysler Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! If the engine does crank and there are no codes then odds are you're missing fuel rather than spark. Most issues causing a loss of spark will set a fault code.Have you checked fuel pressure?
