Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You may have a mechanical issue with the seat adjuster, if it's a power Stow and Go seat then it may be a module, wiring or motor issue.

I assume you've ensured nothing foreign is blocking seat movement?

Is it a power or manual seat?

If power, do you hear any noise from the seat at all when attempting to move it?
