Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the two problems are actually related then you may just have a dead battery. A failed wireless control module could prevent keyless entry functions from working as a whole but then the engine should have started and died. It's possible that the trunk issue isn't related to the no start condition.

Are you able to try jump starting it or can you test battery voltage?

Well the car is in park but the panel shows its in neutral and the car won't start in neutral and the trunk won't open if is not in park
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 10 months ago.

If it isn't in park then that will disable the starter.

Does the shifter move with no resistance?

Does the shifter not move to park?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Shifter does not move. Its in the park position but its not really in park

Had it been getting harder to move over time?

Are you able to find the arm at the transmission where the shift cable connects, remove the cable and see if you're able to shift the trans by hand?
