2008 aspen won't start. Plenty of battery power but nothing

Customer Question

2008 aspen won't start. Plenty of battery power but nothing when turn key. Probably starter but seems electrical. Could it be just a fuse? And if so which one?

what is your skill level? do you know how to bypass a relay for testing and can you use a test lamp properly?

while starters are a common fail part on most any car/truck I like to do some basic tests first

Sorry I am a moron. I know nothing. Just thought it might be a simple fuse change. Is that a possibility? If not I will have to get it into the shop
Expert:  bill replied 1 year ago.

likely NOT a fuse BUT if you can shoot me the vin number I can see what fuse feeds the starter(if any) all Chrysler diagrams are vin specific and I want to be sure you get the correct info

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Thanks for your help. Vehicle is stabled elsewhere so I don't know vin. I will get it into the shop
