2001 Chrysler Town & Country. Front heater does not work when cold (below 35 F ). After driving for about 6 minutes, it starts working. Parked idle, has no effect, I have idled for up to 20min without heater motor coming on, only to drive for 3 to 6 min and it will come on. Any thoughts/
