Hello and thank you for your question,

If you place your hands on both heater hoses on a fully warmed up engine with the heater running at both hose getting nice and hot?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no..one was warm and the other cold

If both hose are not getting nice and hot then you do not have good coolant flow through the heater core. In most cases this is usually caused by eaither you have trapped air in the cooling system or the cooling system is low on coolant. I would suspect your dealing with trapped air.

When you bled the system did you open the bled valve on the thermostat housing? Chrysler has released a service bulletin which tells you how to properly bled the 2.7 engine.

See the bulletin in the link below, copy and paste the link toy our browser to open and view it.
