2006 chrysler 300c with factory Ds,dealer replaced both

2006 chrysler 300c with factory HIDs,dealer replaced both ballasts,both d1s bulbs, and both headlamp assemblies and the left hand low beam will not work, then changed headlight switch and fcm, still didnt fix it, changed alternator and battery still didnt fix it, all fuses are good, ballast and bulb swiched to right side and works fine, they cant figure it out and ive spent a fortune, now my right side works intermittently, what should i do

Have you checked the wiring on that side from switch to ballast?

i changed both sides when i did the ballasts, bulbs and h/l assy

Ok, but did you check to see if you have power to the ballasts?

the harness has power and the ground

Have you done a voltage drop test on the wires to the ballast? This will tell you if you are receiving enough power or not.
