Hello and welcome to just answer. The parking brake shoes/hardware have failed or came apart inside of the parking brake assembly. The brake caliper and rotor will need to be removed and the park brake shoes will need to be inspected and replaced as needed. If you are mechanically inclined and have tools and a way to safely get the vehicle up on jack stands, let me know and I will send you the procedure to disassemble the parking brake assembly. If not, driventhe vehicle to a shop or dealer and have it repaired. Let me know,

Chris
