white smoke in a gas engine (turbo OR non turbo) is a strong sign of coolant being burned, is the vehicle using coolant at all even a small amount will cause white smoke

is the engine using oil?

Expert:  bill replied 1 year ago.

smoke from any turbocharged engine is never a good thing and white is normally coolant, bluish white or blue is oil either one will require significant engine repair

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

It's possible that you're seeing fuel smoke from running extremely rich, if an injector is full open due to a driver issue it can cause white smoke. It can definitely be oil or coolant though.

Are there any abnormal noises from the turbo?

Have you checked for fault codes?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I cant hear any noises but ,idle is 500 rpm
