Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You have a blend door issue. The blend door is the door in the heater box that moves to control temperature. A single zone system has a single actuator to control temperature on both sides, a dual zone system has two doors and two actuators to control temperature independently. If you have a dual zone system then there is a possibility that it's a failed actuator or control head, but with either system it's more likely to be a broken door. The doors are plastic and can break where the actuator engages and it prevents the door from moving

Do you have a dual or single zone system?

Are you able to control temperature at all on the right side?
