2006 Chrysler Town and Country. Both key fobs were working

Customer Question

2006 Chrysler Town and Country. Both key fobs were working fine but then suddenly stopped working at the same time. They now cannot remotely open the doors or lock/unlock the vehicle. They still can start the car but the alarm/horn goes off when I use a key to open the driver door. Batteries are good and according to the device at Autozone, they are both sending a signal. I have also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the car battery, but no success. Any suggestions?
