Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If you lost multiple items at the same time then most likely there is no power on the run or accessory relay circuit. you could have an ignition switch or body controller issue but it's more likely to be an internal failure in the integrated power module if fuses are good.

Have you tried swapping the run and accessory relays with others?

Did all of these items stop working at exactly the same time?

all stopped at same time. Is the run and relays in box under hood? Where is the body controller and integrated power module?

The integrated power module is the module/fuse box under the hood, and yes that's where the relays are.

The body controller is on the left side under the dash at the firewall area.
