do you mean the engine has NO or very little compression?

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if the timing belt broke while you were driving it there is engine damage, most likely bent valves which will require engine disassembly to repair.

you see this is what's called an INTERFERENCE engine that means when the timing belt breaks the pistons and valves will collide and cause damage, how much will depend on how fast you were driving but there WILL be internal engine damage
