Customer Question

Our radio/backup cam screen/ DVDs player doesn't work in our 2013 town and country. It stopped working one day and wouldn't come back on. It will briefly come on when it is extremely hot outside, but only stays on for a few minutes. What can we do to fix it ourselves? My dad has basic car repair skills

Hi, you'd need to remove your radio and send it out for repair or replacement. There are 2 rectangle tabs under that lip that hangs over your radio. Pry those down with a pocket screwdriver, remove the 2 Phillips screws, lift that center cover up, then there's 2 more Phillips screws at the top of the radio bezel. Pull the top of the bezel back carefully and you'll be able to get to the 4 screws that hold the radio in. The bezel doesn't have to come completely off, just tilt the top back to get to the radio screws.
