2011 Chrysler T&C, 129K miles; AC worked fine 3 hour drive

Customer Question

2011 Chrysler T&C, 129K miles; AC worked fine for a*****in the AM. A couple hours later went to take a short trip and it only blew hot air. I have some automotive knowledge and confirmed that the compressor is NOT turning on. Not certain if any refrigerant leaked out or could it be electrical? I could not identify a fuse for the AC (fuse box in the engine compartment - drivers side).

Hi, does your t&c have a 3.6 engine?

Actually, I just pulled the wiring diagram and the engine doesn't matter. There's a dark blue with yellow wire at the compressor clutch. Check that wire for power with the A/C turned on and check the black wire for a good ground.
