Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
There are two ways to disarm factory security (VTSS).
One would be by pressing the unlock button on a key fob. If you still have a functional fob press the unlock button and it will disarm provided the BCM is operating correctly.
The other way is by unlocking the doors with the key. There is a disarm switch on both front doors as well as the trunk. If you haven't tried unlocking both doors and the trunk with the key and don't have a fob then do so. It isn't uncommon for a disarm switch to fail or pop off the lock cylinder, you may have an issue with the driver's switch and it will disarm from the passenger door or trunk.
