Customer Question

Saturday the 25 of July I asked about the power system in a 2007 PT cruiser . I needed an answer that is more indicative of problems with the system as a whole such as key less entry as there are no manual door locks or manual windows as a back up to this
system will I just end up being locked out of my car if the thing fails?? How costly a repair is this???

Hi Welcome back the power lock do have a manual key cylinder on the drivers door so if the power locks do stop working you will still be able to unlock the car. The keyless entry systems usually don't have issue besides a bad battery in a remote or cad remote. The remotes are around $100. The windows do not have any way to open or close them manually if something fails.
