Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
If the instrument cluster is electrically dead and there are no other problems then either the cluster has failed or is missing a power or ground. It could be a wiring issue, internal failure in the power distribution center or junction block, but if no fuses are blown and there are no other issues then an internal failure in the cluster is most likely.
The next step will be to test the cluster's powers and grounds. Has this been done?
